Shipping methods

Shipping with DHL and personal collection are possible.

A) Shipping via DHL

We ship from Monday to Thursday to ensure that the plants are not in transit over the weekend. As a rule, you can expect a shipping time of 1 to 2 working days.

We charge a flat rate of €5 for shipping.

B) Personal pick-up

Personal collection of the ordered goods is possible by appointment (by e-mail) from Monday to Friday. Please arrange a collection appointment via info@pellens-hortensien.de.
