Our deputy head of the flower department used to work in retail. We have former craftsmen in the team who are now group leaders. And former sales staff who were tired of shift work and absolutely appreciate the fixed working hours with us. No matter what profession you come from – you are very welcome here. If you are interested in learning new things and are not afraid of flowers and soil, then you have come to the right place. You are welcome to get to know us for a few days in advance during a short internship to see whether you would feel comfortable with us and whether the work suits you.
